About Me –
This Is Why I Do What I Do
I grew up in a small village where life was slow—and sacred.
We didn’t have packaged snacks or cartoon-shaped cookies.
We had grilled fish on Fridays while others had fish sticks.
We had fresh herbs in our salad bowls, bread baked down the road, and yogurt stirred with homemade jam.
Our shampoo came from nettles. Our medicine from the garden.
And when we were hurt, my mother didn’t rush to the doctor—she reached for her wisdom.
Back then, I didn’t get it.
I wanted what everyone else had.
Store-bought sweetness. Brands. Boxes. Fast food wrapped in shiny wrappers.
So when I earned my first money, I rebelled—with everything artificial I could buy.
And when I stepped into my career, I flew high—literally.
Champagne. Business class. Boardrooms.
I built what they called success.
But somewhere in all the glitter, I lost something real.
And then… I got pregnant.
The Moment Everything Changed
This child was no accident. He was my soul’s yes.
And when I felt him growing inside me, I didn’t just shift—I came home.
Overtime and unused vacation gave me space.
I filled it with yoga. Markets. Cooking barefoot.
I filled my fridge with color. My heart with presence.
No wheat. No noise. Just nourishment—in every sense.
Each meal was a message:
You are loved. You are safe. And I’m already becoming the mother you need.

My Mission – To Raise a Generation That Feels
I don’t believe in raising perfect kids.
I believe in raising connected ones.
Kids who know how food makes them feel.
Who listen to their bodies.
Who choose kindness over conformity.
Who stand strong—not for rebellion’s sake, but because their roots are deep.
Beautiful Sustainable Roots
is not just a brand.
It’s a commitment.
To real food. Real childhood. And a real future.
What Makes This Different?
✨ I don’t push. I invite.
✨ I don’t teach. I live.
✨ And kids don’t “obey” me—they open up to me.
My husband always says, “Kids just love you.”
I think it’s because I see them.
Not as projects.
But as people—with instincts, wisdom, and wild beauty inside.
One day at the store, my son looked up and said,
“No candy today. Can we get berries from the market instead?”
I didn’t teach that.
I lived it.
And that’s how I know: it’s working.
